Inside the member area, new customers have an option to submit a request for a VPS account by specifying their preferred broker. After you submit the Request for the VPS account, please allow us 1-2 business days for setup of your VPS account with your preferred broker preinstalled. After you are assigned a VPS account, you will receive a welcome email with your VPS account login details and detailed steps for getting started with your VPS hosting account.
