Because unsolicited email is such a big problem today, many legitimate emails are not getting through to the people who have requested them. So to ensure you receive email from Forex Hoster, for example the emails with your login details or response to your support inquiry, you'll need to notify your email service that email from our service should not be blocked or mistaken for spam. That's called "white listing" an email address. Please also see the following FAQ question: http://www.forexhoster.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=45

2) If you still don't receive email from us then contact your ISP or the company that delivers your email messages and explain that you want to white list an email address. And then provide the email addresses to them. If they ask for the domain, tell them www.forexhoster.com
