If you experience crash report in the Metatrader, either your EA files or the Metatrader files may be corrupted. If you use an EA and you are getting crash errors that mention your EA, try re-uploading those EA files. Sometimes the EA files get corrupted, and replacing the file is usually enough to resolve those errors.  Our VPS will automatically delete and replace your existing files if you upload the file again.  

In case you are not using an EA and experience a Metatrader crash report, your MetaTrader files may be corrupted.  Try to reinstall your MetaTrader to solve this problem using the Change Package section from inside the VPS control panel.
